Atiqullah Matin is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in governance, community development, and organizational leadership. He has served in senior roles including Head of the Balkh Provincial Office at the Qarash Social and Cultural Foundation and Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with the Balkh Local Government.
With deep roots in northern Afghanistan, Matin has led initiatives to strengthen local governance, preserve cultural heritage, and promote community-driven development. As a head of Uzbek Section and community empowerment at Angiza Foundation, he focuses on empowering Uzbek-speaking communities through education, cultural engagement, and social inclusion.
